Ignatieff, the leader of the Liberal party, has been making different promises about what he is going to do once he gets in power. His biggest promise is that he is giving out a billion dollars for students going into college or university. This would allow students to get $1000 per year for their university. Lower income families could get up to $1500 for every year of university or college.I like this idea by the liberals. I think that it is a good way for students to have a bit of help in college, and allow them to get a further education. This will also look good for the Liberals. It will allow more students to go to college, so it can make it seem that when the liberals were in power, more students were getting post secondary education. I wonder how they are going pay for all of this, but if it comes out of tax payers money I still think it will be worth it for the students. I think that this is a good promise by the liberals, and I hope that they will keep this promise.

I think bret has made a great point the people that need help are the not so wealthy families that have more the 2 kids wanting to go to college or university and it is just to much for the parents
