I think this is terrible. First it is wrong to steal money, but i think it is even worse to take it from seniors that are using it for retirement, or using it for other life funds. It also shows you that you always need to check your bills, especially for things like credit cards and bank accounts because you never know when someones going to get a hold of you pin number and steal money. It happens a lot with credit cards, but not always with bank accounts. It's surprising how someone who works for the bank didn't et caught earlier, for stealing money from customers. I think that people just need to pay attention to others, so people don't lose money.

I agree with Brett Tomlinson's opinion because it has a great sense of sympathy for the victim and also states factual points. I think that in order for people to prevent from their money getting stolen is to continously check their bank account. They need to see if what they have purhased with a credit card is identical to the bank record and keeping track of their own money rather than just a bank. This way the citizens can ensure nothing is being fraud and are getting the apporpriate service. Trust is a big subject in this world and if the wrong employees are being chosen, then the idea of service will be diminutized just like the idea of banks. Overall Brett's opinion had stated the need for justice and also for people to take their own responsibilities. Thank you!
